This cool classic cruiser is quick and clean. Actually, it’s not just quick – it’s very quick!
It’s a ’66 Chevy El Camino SS 396 that’s been completely restored and is in excellent condition.
Exterior is finished in Dupont grey pearl metallic. Centerline alloy wheels. Virtually all (90%) of chrome is replaced; all new weatherstripping. Tinted windshield, along with tinted side and rear glass.
Engine is hi-performance 396 CID w/ 750 Holley carb. Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads and intake manifold. MSD electronic ignition. Turbo 400 automatic transmission w/ B&M shifter, 12-bolt positraction rear end w/ 4:10 ratio. Headers and new dual-exhaust system. Low-restriction, aftermarket chrome air cleaner.
Brakes upgraded to front discs. New power brake booster and dual master cylinder; new rear brakes and drums. New coil springs, new adjustable gas shocks front and rear. New steering linkage and upper and lower control arms. Sway bars.
All new interior w/ multi-adjustable hi-back sport seats. Custom Momo tilt wheel. Autometer racing tach w/ additional aftermarket gauges. CD player with very good sound system.
Has factory air conditioning that needs a recharge, otherwise it needs nothing but a driver!
