Whose Izzit? Spotted at the French/Italian car show in SoCal

Spotted this one at the "Best of France and Italy" car show at Woodley Park in Van Nuys on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2007.

It's got California blue-and-yellow plates, so it's been in the state for quite some time. (My old '84 Honda had them and so did my El Camino when I registered it in 1973).
