This Mini has an automatic transmission, so there's no shifting needed. The automatic transmission has four forward speeds so it's surprisingly quick for an automatic. The paint is dark green, and appears to have been painted on with a brush. The car's original color was island blue, which is visible under the carpets. Body is very solid, with a few small rust areas. There is a very small hole at the bottom of the A panel (the triangular shaped panel behind the front tire, but in front of the door. Also, the back of the rear wheel opening has a hole that could be easily patched. The floors and boot floor appear solid, and the outer side sills show only minor patches. Automatic Minis are rare, and this one has the makings to make it a real nice one.
