Austin Mk3 Mini w/ 1275cc [in San Francisco]

This exceptionally clean Mk3 Mini has only about 3,000 miles on its rebuilt, upgraded-to 1275cc engine, and its six-years-new white-and-red paint, red upholstery and carpets look as good as when freshly done in 2002.

A previous owner flew in from Seattle, picked this Mini up from our old Camarillo showroom - and promptly drove it the 1,000 miles to its new home in Seattle with no problems at all. (And he didn't even carry tools with him!) After that, the owner kept it in a heated - and carpeted - garage. And, the current owner also keeps it garaged in a carpeted garage!

There was zero rust when we repainted this Mini in our New Zealand shop (back when we were building/refurbishing/upgrading Minis there) - and there's still no rust!

This Mini is very, very nicely detailed - and it shows.

That first owner had told us he's always "pretty anal" about mechanical upkeep on his cars, and said he wouldn't hesitate to jump in and drive it anywhere. He told us it's the only British car he's ever owned that has never left him on the side of the road, and he's had a variety of them, including "big Healeys."

This Mini also comes with its original set of stock steel wheels, with tires that have 50% or so tread left. The small hubcaps are included as well.

The flags, etc. (in the last picture) are magnets that come right off. The car really presents well. When it's hot, the roll-up windows are a big plus.

It was in nice condition when it left our shop, but it's even nicer now, with many upgrades and new parts.
