This one-of-a-kind Mini is a custom build commissioned by famed American director Peter Blake, best known for the Pink Panther movies.
Noted automotive designer Chris Humberstone (Chris Humberstone Coachbuilders, UK) built it up from a new Clubman bodyshell configured to be a left-hand-drive (LHD) model to be exported to U.S. for Blake.
Original documents include detailed Proposed Work Schedule (copy on request).
Among other numerous mods, the body shell was deseamed, then fitted with electric windows.

Titled as 1965 Austin. (although new bodyshell was '70s-era).
California titled with current registration.
Runs and drives very well.
